The Sales Development Program is an opportunity for recent graduates to complete a comprehensive program that is designed to prepare you for a sales position in our extensive network. The program will take you through four core areas of our business including warehousing, counter sales, inside and account management training.

Must Haves and Nice to Haves

  • Completion of College Diploma or University Degree
  • Demonstrated record of fostering positive relationships with a customer service mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and can balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven analytical, influential and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional level of curiosity, drive, learning agility and self-motivation
  • Willingness and ability to relocate within Ontario
  • Must hold a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle
