Are you passionate about technology and working for a company that values their employees?

We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-facing Intermediate Citrix Consultant for our Calgary branch to support our clients with administrating and monitoring various Citrix technologies! You will also have sufficient technical depth to work with other virtualization, server and storage technologies.

A Day in the Life:

• Provide Tier-2 / Tier-3 troubleshooting.
• Perform proactive monitoring of the health, performance, capacity, and availability of the environment including PVS, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) and Netscaler.
• Install Client licenses on Citrix license servers.
• Manage cloud connector components.
• Engage third-party vendor for support.
• Application of Minor Version Upgrades of any Citrix components.
• Management of provisioning services.
• Citrix ADC (NetScaler) configuration .
• Provide Tier-2 / Tier-3 troubleshooting of Citrix application presentation layer.
• Build test and production virtual machine servers through template deployment for Citrix underlying technology.
• Install, configure, and publish packaged applications using Client-provided application packages.
• Managing ADC certificates and firmware.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years' experience with Citrix (CVAD, Desktops, NetScaler, Remote access, XenApp, XenServer, Virtual Apps and Desktops)
• Infrastructure, Server and System Admin
• Windows 10/11 deployment

$60,000 - $75,000 a year

Expected Salary Range plus 10% variable earnings
