You will be a critical part of the Business Optimization team and responsible for end to end delivery of improvement projects with a clear focus on savings and ROI. The individual will lead initiative identification, design thinking, requirement documentation, solution implementation and change management for their process improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Define operational value streams, identify gaps/opportunities, remove roadblocks and continuously improve existing solutions.
  • Gather requirements and lead design thinking with business stakeholders, and own technical requirements for implementation.
  • Leverage technical expertise for project planning, resource management, system / technology / validation, testing and implementation planning
  • Manage complete execution of automation, AI and productivity initiatives on time and within budget to deliver the defined savings for the year.
  • Prioritize a pipeline of opportunities to drive efficiency and improve consumer/customer experience using available technology ops while continuously looking for new technologies and solutions.
  • Build stakeholder relationships, deliver ops readiness plan and drive communication for continuous improvement philosophy and quality culture.

What Experience You Need

  • 4 to 6 years’ experience in fast paced matrix environment.
  • Process engineering background.
  • Extensive knowledge on process improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure.
  • Ability to manage technical implementation through SDLC cycle.
  • B2B and B2C Operations/Delivery know-how.
  • Expert knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.

What Could Set You Apart

  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
  • Agile and Lean certifications.
  • Experience with Google Vertex AI, RPA, IVR, APIs, Automation.
  • Value Stream Mapping.
  • Change Management Experience or Certification.
  • Knowledge of Equifax products and systems.
