Lead SAP HANA XSA (Snowflake) Consultant

Job Description

Infosys is seeking a SAP HANA XSA (Snowflake) Consultant. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga/Calgary or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong technical background with 10+ years architectural experience with Distinguished / Advanced level certification achieved and recognized by product company (EG. Advanced snowpro certification )
• Experience of at least 2 cycles of fresh /complex implementation. (around 16 TB size systems)
• Define overall Snowflake/similar architecture including Basis and Infrastructural inputs
• Define process for overall system health and establishment and enablement of monitoring capabilities
• Recommend system wide improvements
• Performance analysis of Snowflake/similar system and implementation of overall system improvements.
• Support of the Snowflake/similar systems and coordination with product company ( lends expertise to work out solution )
• Expertise/advanced knowledge of SQL ,Snowflake, JAVASCRIPT and best practices of CICD process .
• Establishment of guardrails and define and establish industry level CICD process along with product company and vendors
• Architecting streamlit snowflake and snowpark solutions.
• Awareness of short/medium/long-term product architecture
• Ability for Solution and vendor selection to enable business capabilities
• Responsible for holistic view of IT Value chains and supporting processes. someone who is looking across all of the IT silos/products within client environment to address connectivity / consistency /optimal performance.
  
  

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:

Ontario: $ 98486 to $ 134404.
