The Product Management Team within DnA is looking for accomplished people to help us fulfil our mission of building AI-powered features and capabilities for EA titles. Reporting to the Head of Data Products, the Principal Product Management orchestrates the development and success of leading edge, next-generation AI products created by our AI Live Experience Group (ALIVE). In this leadership role, you will work directly with the head of ALIVE to build the strategy, roadmaps, and success of a portfolio of AI products. You will cooperate with teams and partners, including EA's diverse set of game teams. An important aspect of this role is identifying future product opportunities to improve efficiency within the AI community within EA.

This role can be performed on-site in Montreal, hybrid, or fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear vision, product strategy and roadmap with our AI business goals and corporate data strategy.
  • Build trusted and business-focused practices and foster a culture of product-first innovation and excellence.
  • Identify opportunities, improvements, and customer need to guide product roadmap decisions.
  • Build relationships with partners/leaders and teams to collaboratively agree on priorities leading to product execution.
  • Be an inspiring member of a team consisting of another product manager, one which collaborates with data scientists, ML engineers, Governance, and other data experts.
  • Develop measurements for products success and report to department leadership on product performance.
  • Serve as a change agent and champion for product management; foster a culture of innovation and guide larger appreciation for the role of product management in the success of building data products.

Required Qualifications

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree, or higher, in Business Administration, Computer Science or related relevant field (or equivalent work experience in a related field).
  • You have 10+ Years of proven experience in data-driven and evidence-based product management, with a track record of successful product launches.
  • You have 5+ Years in leadership product roles at Director level.
  • Experience hiring and managing both individual contributors and managers is a plus.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, with experience presenting to senior executive audiences.
  • Experience with data, analytics, or AI related areas either through managed data related projects or as components of projects.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution abilities to guide consensus and resolve issues.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, specifically in data products.

Bc Compensation And Benefits

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): º $160,200 - $229,100 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
