JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, maintain and prioritize the backlog of a portfolio of clients
  • Act as a custodian of customer value and translate their needs into high value return projects;
  • Translate project features into structured product requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.)
  • Validate with the development team the feasibility of the proposed solutions;
  • Perform quality control (usability testing);
  • Be attentive to market trends and propose innovative and distinctive improvements;
  • Ensure that the team understands the elements of the product backlog at the required level;
  • Order the backlog elements to best achieve the objectives and results;
  • Advise the client and propose solutions that respect their constraints;
  • Perform needs and market analysis to define problems, opportunities and possible solutions.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree and/or relevant training in the field of project management and agility;
  • Bilingual (possibility of having exclusively English speaking clients);
  • Be autonomous, curious and have a strong learning capacity;
  • Be efficient in your work methods;
  • Excellent ability to popularize and communicate orally and in writing.

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a similar role in agile;
  • Experience with task management software such as JIRA;
  • Asset: Have knowledge of Shopify or Magento platforms.
