Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the organization's supply needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Negotiate contract terms and prices with vendors, while maintaining high standards of integrity and ethical conduct
- Analyze market and industry trends to ensure the company is getting the best possible pricing and delivery conditions
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of specifications and expectations of the company
- PO maintenance
- Forecast upcoming demand and conduct risk management regarding supply contracts and agreements
- 5+ years experience as a Procurement Specialist
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are needed
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities are required
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential
