Job Description

We are looking for a detailed-oriented, innovative, and professional Business Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of technology systems in our business structure. You will play a significant role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations by optimizing and customizing our software systems according to our specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business processes and user needs.
• Analyzing current business systems and models to understand how they operate.
• Design, test, and implement a specific IT system to support the business process.
• Create high-quality systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshoot to ensure impeccable system performance.
• Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential opportunities to enhance the system.
• Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
• Perform periodic reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or a similar role.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, Broadridge, Bloomberg
• Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong focus on detailing and multitasking.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex information in understandable terms.
