As an Accountant, Cloud Accounting Services your responsibilities will include:

  •    Perform full cycle accounting services utilizing cloud applications such as QBO, Xero, Dext, Hubdoc and Plooto
  •    Assist with completion of payroll functions
  •    Prepare month end close procedures including reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards and ensuring transactions are properly journalized
  •    Assist with government filings such as sales tax returns and payroll filings
  •    Prepare monthly and/or quarterly financial reports and management reports
  •    Collaborate with clients on a regular basis and assist them with day-to-day accounting inquires and support with cloud applications
  •    Communicate issues to manager and collaborate on resolutions

Think you’ve got what it takes to be an Accountant, Cloud Accounting Services? Like the colour purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we’re also hoping you can tick:

  •    A passion for technology and innovative thinking
  •    QuickBooks ProAdvisor and/or Xero certification preferred
  •     Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
  •     Strong attention to detail
  •     Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  •     Associates degree in business/accounting or equivalent
  •     Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes
