Product Management is a pivotal department of our business who create product strategies aimed at solving customer challenges and developing products for customers that create amazing customer experience. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our business and directly contribute to its success through the implementation of Strategic Projects. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Projects, you’ll plan, execute, and oversee strategic projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the defined objectives. The role involves coordinating resources, managing cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and communicating with key players to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all aspect of the projects.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination and collaboration
  • Responsible for conflict, risk and/or change management and maximize Key Player satisfaction
  • Create project briefs, monitor progress, and set deadlines
  • Develop & manage customer contact strategy
  • Develop simple positioning to manage customer conversions
  • Ensure go to market readiness
  • Evaluate Project Performance, track, measure, and report on program success and identify opportunities to improve performance
  • Maintain and present regular status report on progress for each phase to the leadership team

Requirements:

  • Relevant post-secondary education combined with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Management, Project Management, Product Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • The candidate will need to understand the product or service the project will provide; you will need to have business analysis skills to deep dive into the details when required to help the team with decisions.
  • Highly collaborative team player with the skill sets required to gain buy-in and evoke action in a cross-functional team environment
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Proactive, detail oriented, positive, and curious individual who has a passionate dedication to their craft
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities and balancing multiple priorities/needs
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Project Management software is considered an asset
