The bigger picture

We’re looking for a Small Business Advisor to join our team in Regina at the Crossing Branch. You will provide creative solutions and comprehensive financial advice (e.g. credit and wealth solutions; cash management services to support banking and deposit management) to our small business members.

How you’ll be spending your time

  • Providing holistic financial advice to our small business members
  • Guiding members through loan application processes, ensuring eligibility and creditworthiness, and assist in underwriting for small business loans
  • Keeping up-to-date on industry trends and knowledge to have proactive advice-based conversations fueled by a passion to help our small business members meet their financial goals
  • Marketing yourself to increase your book of business within the local community
  • Building and strengthening relationships with our Small Business Members by balancing your time in branch and conducting site visits.
  • Ensuring a healthy balance between opportunity and risk and between growth and profitability for Conexus

The experience you bring

  • Prior Knowledge of Commercial Banking
  • Prior Knowledge of Small Business Lending
  • Experience in Portfolio Management
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • CSI Moody's Certificate in Commercial Credit (CICC) is an asset 

Salary Range

$72,340 - $90,430 with a 13% Short Term Incentive Target
