Account Coordinator - Role Overview
Your goal in this position is to support our operations to ensure they run smoothly so that we can meet our client's needs efficiently and accurately. You are client-obsessed and are known as a creative problem solver who will not stop until you achieve a client's desired outcome. Responsibilities
- Own the relationship with clients from onboarding to delivering exceptional client experiences, daily.
- Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients to their desired outcomes and solving their challenges
- Reviewing and confirming client orders, for accuracy and completeness of information, following up to ensure we have all the necessary information to deliver the service
- Assist and communicate with internal team members and external Clients to ensure that inquiries and commitments are met in a timely manner
- Managing the client expectations on the day of service, communicating timing and delays and creatively resolving issues that arise
- Creating the daily schedule for deliveries and logistics with the S2 Creative team and 3PLs, optimizing the routes, and assigning the teams
- Quoting orders and booking 3rd party logistics where required
- Handling order adjustments and daily client order inquiries
- Monitor activities to ensure they are completed accurately, in a timely manner, and with an excellent customer experience
- Managing and communicating any route or order changes to the moving team
- Execute systemic components of receiving, inspection, and closing out orders, when necessary
- Be responsible for the accuracy of order and delivery management
- Perform investigations where required
- Visiting client site to ensure their project is going well.
- You have experience communicating effectively and collaboratively to resolve complex and time-sensitive issues
- You have experience organizing and coordinating multiple tasks at once
- You have a track record of creating structure in ambiguity
- Previous work experience in a client facing operations role
