About The Role
The Manager, PMO is responsible for leading, managing and developing the Project Management Office strategy, team, processes, and functions for Insight. You will be involved in the development of the service offerings within the PMO (including Project and Program Management, OCM, Business Analysis, and Resource Management), the go-to-market strategy for these services as a revenue stream, the quality of the service through a program of continuous improvement, as well as interfacing with customers as an escalation point (both technical and otherwise) and working with Insight sales teams to grow the business..
As a Manager PMO You Will
- Lead the PMO strategy, design and implementation of a common project management methodology, standards, and tools to drive and facilitate the successful delivery of projects, aligned with Insight Global standards.
- Lead the execution of PMO governance, reporting and review framework to provide a holistic view of all organizational project activity.
- Set standards for project management capabilities, including certifications and qualifications for project managers, success measurement criteria, methodologies, and tools.
- Oversee project management function, providing leadership, integration, and management of PMO processes and functions to improve the consistency and efficiency of the Insight’s project delivery.

- Ensure PMO procedures and practices are well defined, documented and consistently applied – including Program Management, Project Management and Resource Management.
