- Accountable for the end to end management of their assigned projects; ensures projects are delivered on schedule, against approved scope and within budget.
- Acts as the project's single point of contact for the cross functional business, IT and Technical teams. Negotiates solutions with senior leaders, manages escalations.
- Contribute to non-project initiatives such as Agile Transformation, Enterprise Initiatives, process Improvement, Roadmap management etc.
- Participate in continuous improvement and project management community process and procedures, supporting effective delivery of solutions.
- Project Management: Manage groups such as IT, business, UAT and vendor stakeholders in the delivery of projects, utilizing project management processes and experience while demonstrating relationship management and conflict resolution skills - 50%.
- Commercial Readiness: Owns Go to Market Readiness: Identify and manage project schedules, dependencies, issues, risks and mitigation plans related to Freedom Commercial projects and programs - 40%.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work - 10%.
- 8-10 years of project management experience; has PMP and/or PMI ACP designation.
- Excels at managing relationships with cross functional stakeholders; effortlessly engages with senior leadership, colleagues and team members.
- Wireless industry experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
