Four Seasons has an exciting opportunity in the IT Organization for an IT Residential CRM Coordinator.
Supporting Residential Initiatives in Lead Generation, Profile, and subscription efforts, the IT Coordinator will work with a cross-functional team on supporting and operationalizing a new lead generation capability for the residential business.
Helping to enact the Residential lead generation efforts and ensuring quality of data in Resident profiles, enabling personalization through better analytics, guest targeting, recognition, and omnichannel experiences.
Additionally, this role will support the overall Resident Profile across systems ensuring consistent experiences, and holistic viewing of data.
This role is based in Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Toronto Corporate Office, reporting to the Director, Residential IT Operations. This role involves interactions with primarily internal stakeholders at various levels.

What You’ll Be Doing
Residential Guest Profiles:
- Collaborates with residential team/developers to implement database enhancements, integrations, and optimizations to support lead generation and guest profile building initiatives.
- Partners with marketing and operation stakeholders across the organization to understand their residential targeting/recognition needs and build out capabilities/processes to deliver.
- Defines key metrics to track, monitor and manage health of residential marketable database.
- Manages business rules for residential marketing subscriptions.
- Ensures privacy and security compliance on marketing database (GDPR, CASL, etc.)
- Supports residential team/developers on in best practices for database management and CRM system utilization.
- Supporting the efforts of the custom developed HomeOwner recognition & Property Management solution for residences.
- Property Configuration and User Access Management
- Testing and Deployment Strategies
- Dashboards and Reporting efforts
- Analytical Skills – Possesses advanced proficiency in problem identification, root cause analysis, and trend identification.
- Communications Skills – Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication abilities, adept at producing clear and concise documentation, policies, and effectively communicates in meetings.
- Relationship Building – Exhibits a strong capacity to foster and maintain robust relationships within a team-oriented environment.
- Expertise in MS Excel – Possesses advanced knowledge and skills in utilizing MS Excel, leveraging its powerful features for data analysis and manipulation
- Adaptability and Continuous Learning – Displays a proactive willingness to embrace new tools and techniques, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Salesforce Proficiency – Essential experience in Salesforce, possessing a thorough understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.
- Proficient in Salesforce - Possesses a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce and its functionalities, utilizing it effectively to support business operations.
- Benefit to hold other relevant experience related to guest profiles, further enhancing their comprehensive skill set in this domain.
- University or college degree beneficial.
