Colonial Honda is seeking a Used Car Sales Representative to join our team!

As a Used Car Sales Representative with Colonial Honda, you will connect with customers, showcase vehicles, and guide clients through the purchase process. If you're a passionate, customer focused individual with experience in Sales, this role offers endless opportunities for growth and commissions.

Commission Wage Structure (Earning Potential of $100,000 + Annually!)

For up to the first year of employment, to support development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $644.23 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver engaging and informative presentations of used vehicles to clients, both in-person and through video, showcasing their features and benefits
  • Strategically plan and organize activities to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide clients with clear and accurate information about purchase options, ensuring they make informed decisions
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for test drives and vehicle deliveries, ensuring all necessary preparations and documentation are complete for a seamless experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other dealership team members, including finance, service, and management to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales success

Requirements:

  • Passionate about the automotive industry and a commitment to staying informed of industry trends
  • Minimum 3 years' sales experience, preferably in a retail or automotive setting
  • Energetic and engaging personality, with a polished and professional appearance
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to ensure a positive and memorable experience for every customer
  • Well organized, possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Highly organized with a strong work ethic and a consistently positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and dedicated, demonstrating exceptional time management abilities to meet deadlines
  • Outstanding communication skills, both in-person and online, ensuring clear and effective interactions
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driver's abstract is required
