Implementation Consultant (US Client Accounts):

As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment of CluedIn for our customers. Working alongside your Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the technical lead throughout the entire customer journey—from installation to go-live—ensuring that value is delivered efficiently and effectively.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Task Management & Communication: Proactively communicate task status and updates on customer projects, ensuring stakeholders are informed throughout the process.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as a daily touchpoint, working closely with the customer's team. You will be responsible for guiding the technical implementation of CluedIn, ensuring the customer receives the best solution possible.
  • Value Delivery & Use Case Identification: Understand the customer's critical path to value with CluedIn and identify opportunities for additional use cases that can enhance their experience.
  • Solution Design & Documentation: Collaborate with the customer to document the solution design and define both functional and technical requirements. Ensure the solution is aligned with best practices and the customer's needs.
  • Customization & Configuration: Tailor CluedIn's platform based on specific customer requirements and use cases, ensuring the solution fits seamlessly into their existing environment.
  • Best Practice Guidance: Provide expert guidance on best practices for deploying, maintaining, and scaling CluedIn within the customer's infrastructure.
  • Product Feedback & Influence: Liaise with the product team to communicate customer feedback, influencing the product roadmap and ensuring continuous improvement of the platform.
  • Continuous Learning & Upskilling: Take ownership of your professional development by staying up-to-date with the latest CluedIn product features and underlying technologies to provide the best possible service.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, with a focus on implementing customer projects.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in SQL.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory.
    • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Azure Stack.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Capable of understanding customer requirements and using them to create and implement solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in working and communicating with customers.
  • Consulting Ability: Ability to act as a consultant to customers, demonstrating best practices to maximize the benefits of CluedIn.
  • Training Skills: Ability to train customers and explain complex matters in simple terms.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, delegate tasks, and stay on top of responsibilities.
