Source Atlantic is seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Saint John, NB.

The successful candidate will have previous sales experience (2+ years). Business acumen will be key in this role as you will be managing a strategic account and fostering growth within that account. Industrial product knowledge would be considered an asset but is not required. You must be interested in continuous learning. Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office, is essential. You must be able to multi-task and have strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities of the Account Manager will include:

  • Identify problem areas for customers and develop solutions by leveraging internal Source Atlantic resources.
  • Build long-term strategic customer relationship for mutual growth, profitability, trust, loyalty, innovation and service.
  • Manage clear customer expectations and KPI's, cost savings, and improvements
  • Be able to use customer analytics to support the relationship value
  • Set regular review and scorecard meetings and conduct boardroom presentations
  • Understand customer business model to better align and find innovations & solutions
  • Leverage all business verticals within the customer
  • Enter all leads, opportunities, and other relevant data in CRM to maximize communication within team and customer experience.
  • Using consultative professional salesperson approach to bring value

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • 2+ years of sales experience with an industrial, commercial, or technical background
  • Industrial product knowledge would be considered an asset
  • An interest in continuous learning
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft office essential)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
