In this exciting role, you will be leading a team of high performing Cyber Security professionals who are skilled and knowledgeable regarding all facets of Cyber Security and technology. On any single day you could be involved in leading the team through maintaining and operating cybersecurity tools and platforms. You will have the technical expertise and knowledge to understand different cybersecurity tools and infrastructure and lead the team from start to finish through their day-to-day activities to ensure all cyber platforms are up and running and providing services based on defined SLAs. You will also provide senior leadership with continuous updates of the situation in a clear and concise manner. You could also be collaborating with our external and internal stakeholders on large, scale multi-year projects to ensure that Cyber Security Operations requirements are built into the project.
You also possess the technical acumen to provide insights into our multi-year Strategic Cyber Security roadmap. You will work in collaboration with our Cyber Security Strategy and Roadmap Delivery team to align on the operational requirements and scope of each of the solutions. You will also be able to provide input to ensure proper budget forecasting.
Lastly, you are an exceptional leader who drives for continuous improvements. You will possess the skills to develop KPI's and metrics that demonstrate the effectiveness of our Cyber Operations program. You will be responsible for the creation and submission of weekly / monthly reports to our various stakeholders.

What you have to offer:
What you bring to the table:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing cybersecurity Infrastructure, Tools, and platforms.
- Possesses a robust understanding of cybersecurity principles and a technical proficiency with cybersecurity tools, such as SIEM, firewalls, EDR, WAF, Cloud Security and email security.
- Expert in the continuous monitoring and improvement of an organization's security infrastructure while keeping security first mindset and help in remediation of Cyber Security incidents.
- Experienced in supporting the evolution of a Cyber Security Operations program though continuous updates to Cyber-related documentation including incident playbooks, policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Technical expertise working in multi-cloud (Azure, GCP etc.) security environments.
- Ability to understand emerging Cyber Security threats and risks to our cloud and on-prem environments and develop solutions to mitigate.
- Skilled at responding to, managing, and executing on internal / external audit and compliance requests.
- Passionate about providing development opportunities to team members, including the identification of training requirements, creation, and implementation of appropriate development plans.
- Enjoys working in collaboration with our internal Cyber Security teams to constantly improve and evolve our Cyber Security Operations program to be best of breed.
What you have to offer:
Mandatory Requirements:
- An undergraduate degree or diploma in computer science, engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of industry experience working in Cybersecurity or in technology operations.
- 4+ years of experience leading operations teams.
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively to leadership.
Nice to Have Requirements:
- Knowledge working in a complex retail technology environment, is desired.
- CCSP, CISA, CISSP, CISM, or similar industry certification, is preferred.
