Your Day with Equisoft:
- Design and develop complex user interfaces using React to create responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing web applications.
- Build and implement scalable backend solutions, leveraging .Net Core to support our growing web-based applications.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration of multiple microservices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate the wireframes and mockups into functional frontend components.
- Work closely with the product owner and product stakeholders to gather requirements, refine user stories, and translate them into actionable technical tasks.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team members.
- Collaborate with DevOps specialists to optimize deployment processes, implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend systems.
- Innovate and collaborate within the team, leading by example through exemplary coding practices, communication skills, and a collaborative attitude. p
- Demonstrate completed work during sprint reviews, soliciting feedback from stakeholders and incorporating it into future iterations for continuous improvement.

Technical
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or information Technology or College Diploma combined to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a full-stack .NET developer & 5 years of experience with React
- Solid understanding in front-end development using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, with focus on modern front-end development practices and framework.
- Solid experience in building and consuming microservices and RESTful APIs
- Design and maintain SQL databases, including creating stored procedures, views, and triggers.
- Proficiency using source control (Git)
- Solid understanding of backend development concepts and experience with server-side technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues in both backend and frontend systems.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize activities effectively.
- Passion for learning and staying updated on the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in web development.
- Excellent knowledge of French & English (spoken and written)
- Strong sense of organization and prioritizing
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information
- Ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment
- Team spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, and discipline
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, preferably in Azure Devops (or Github Actions)
- Experience with Azure Cloud environments
- Experience in the insurance or fintech industry
