Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute communication strategies to enhance Capura Hall's presence and promote our services. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, skilled in creating content, and experienced in public relations and media management.

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and distribute engaging content across various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts to enhance brand visibility.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing and promotional events to strengthen community engagement and public relations.
  • Assist in managing the company’s brand voice and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
  • Provide support for internal communications and ensure alignment with Capura Hall's goals and values.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness is a plus.
