    What will your typical day look like?

    Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, English is required for this position

    The Senior Consultant or Manager, Internal Audit will be focused on supporting the planning and execution of operational, financial, and compliance audits of Deloitte’s internal operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Developing, planning, and executing audit procedures and assessing the effectiveness of controls as part of audits, special reviews, or investigations.
    • Developing reports and presentations.
    • Developing and growing relationships across the group and firm to help execute audits and promote controls development.
    • Planning and executing follow-up procedures on past internal audits.
    • Maintaining the internal audit universe and assurance map.
    • Executing audit planning and function governance activities as required.

    About The Team

    Our growing internal audit function is focused on bringing insightful recommendations to improve firm operations. We have a supportive and team-oriented culture where we work together to lead the firm in getting ahead of strategic challenges and risks. Critical analysis, relationship building, and creative communication approaches are part of what we do.

    This role will report to a Director. There is close collaboration required with other stakeholders across RQRR, our service quality and risk teams, global counterparts, and control owners.

    You are someone who is/has:

    • 3+ years (for Senior Consultant) or 5+ years (for Manager) of controls or audit experience
    • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and/or other relevant professional designations are required.
    • Strong knowledge of professional services operations and key processes is preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Analytical, project management, and time management skills
    • Demonstrated critical-thinking and ability to develop, share and adopt innovative approaches and solutions
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
    • Experience with Generative AI, data visualization tools, and audit software is an asset

    Total Rewards

    The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000 for Senior Consultant and $85,000 - $156,000 for Manager, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
