We are looking for a Property Administrator for our Quartier Royalmount property located in Montreal. Reporting to the Director, Property Management. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to tenants, and support the management team while maintaining a harmonious relationship with all stakeholders.

We are looking for a Property Administrator for our Quartier Royalmount property located in Montreal. Reporting to the Director, Property Management. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to tenants, and support the management team while maintaining a harmonious relationship with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Suppliers
- Work with the operations team to track work in progress, obtain all required documentation and monitor costs;
- Prepare and manage purchase orders in Yardi, and manage invoices.
- Maintain positive relations with tenants through professional and efficient responsiveness, ensuring that tenant expectations and landlord criteria are met;
- Coordinate and distribute all relevant tenant communications;
- Follow up files such as; insurance, contact lists, sales reports, meter readings, rebilling to tenants and ensure accuracy of information in the system;
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of initiatives to increase and maintain the quality and effectiveness of tenant relations;
- Coordinate and track tenant events;
- Receive and process service requests from tenants;
- Ensure collection of overdue accounts.
- Maintain building energy consumption;
- Maintain relevant building information on dedicated platforms;
- Assist in the preparation of various monthly reports and budgets;
- Manage accounts receivable; account reconciliations and validate the list of pre-authorized payments on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate site visits and monitor tenant fit-ups and moves;
- Conduct regular property inspections;
- Manage recycling programs and promote service to tenants;
- Assist in the preparation of surveys, certifications and recycling programs;
- Support the management team in ongoing initiatives and projects;
- Participate in special projects and other tasks as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other education with relevant experience;
- Autonomy, resourcefulness and leadership;
- 3 years’ experience in a similar position in commercial real estate;
- Bilingual, both written and spoken;
- Good computer skills, MS Office suite, Yardi (asset) and other related platforms;
- You are comfortable managing several files simultaneously;
- Professional integrity;
- Excellent working relationships;
- Customer service approach.
- Experience in real estate accounting an assest.
