The Human Resources Intern is involved in supporting the HR department with various tasks and projects.
- Assist in entering applicant information.
- Assist in screening applicants and recruiting.
- Organization of employee records and data entry.
- Scanning, copying, and filing of HR-related documents.
- Check and maintain HR email inbox.
- Assist with monthly Organization Chart.
- Audit HR systems and files.
- Create and edit content for intranet.
- Conduct basic research on HR-related topics such as HR Trends
- Observe and document current HR processes, workflows, and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement. This could include creating flowcharts, process maps, and other visual aids to clearly illustrate current workflows.
- Other duties as assigned by the HR team
- Post-Secondary student
- Experience working in MS suites is an asset.
- Administration experience an asset
- Strong organization skills
- Self starter, able to work independently
- Able to work in a team based environment with multiple stakeholders
