*We sell in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, and Toronto, but candidate must reside in Edmonton

 

About Keeran Networks:

Keeran Networks is a national Managed Service & Security Provider (MSSP) specializing in delivering strategic IT solutions to small- to- medium-sized businesses through our CIO Advisory, Cybersecurity, and AI / Automation expertise. We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our senior leadership team (L10), expand our client base, and build a high-performing sales team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Join the senior leadership team and contribute to the overall business strategy.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Handle revenue forecasting and projections to support company growth.
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they hit individual and team KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation efforts and ensure alignment between sales and marketing goals.
  • Analyze sales data, adjust tactics accordingly, and provide insights to improve overall performance.
  • Establish and monitor sales KPIs and performance metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement within the team.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the technology or managed services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage and grow a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting, revenue projection, and the ability to develop data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and close client relationships effectively.
  • Proficient in analyzing sales data and using it to inform decisions and strategy adjustments.

Compensation:

  • Compensation between $80,000 to $120,000.
  • Commission structure tied to sales and revenue targets.
