About Keeran Networks:
Keeran Networks is a national Managed Service & Security Provider (MSSP) specializing in delivering strategic IT solutions to small- to- medium-sized businesses through our CIO Advisory, Cybersecurity, and AI / Automation expertise. We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our senior leadership team (L10), expand our client base, and build a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Join the senior leadership team and contribute to the overall business strategy.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Handle revenue forecasting and projections to support company growth.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they hit individual and team KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation efforts and ensure alignment between sales and marketing goals.
- Analyze sales data, adjust tactics accordingly, and provide insights to improve overall performance.
- Establish and monitor sales KPIs and performance metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the technology or managed services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage and grow a sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting, revenue projection, and the ability to develop data-driven strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and close client relationships effectively.
- Proficient in analyzing sales data and using it to inform decisions and strategy adjustments.

Compensation:
- Compensation between $80,000 to $120,000.
- Commission structure tied to sales and revenue targets.
