What The Role Looks Like
As the Solutions Engineer you will use your technical skills and expert understanding of FlexPay to explain the technical processes and benefits of our product to current and potential clients.
A Day In The Life Of This Position Includes
- Elevating client understanding and utilization of our innovative FlexPay product through tailored solutions and expert guidance.
- Creating and delivering engaging training sessions for clients, prospects, and internal teams, showcasing the technical prowess and benefits of FlexPay.
- Crafting compelling technical presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of FlexPay's products and services to clients.
- Collaborating closely with our Business Development & Sales team to understand client needs and provide technical support throughout the sales process.
- Maintaining up-to-date technical expertise on the FlexPay product and industry trends, ensuring you're always at the cutting edge.
- Partnering with clients to deeply understand their challenges, business goals, and technical requirements, offering customized solutions within the FlexPay ecosystem.
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process, guiding clients towards the most effective implementation methodology.
- Providing valuable feedback to our Product Development team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in computer sciences or business administration preferred.
- 5+ years SaaS product or process experience, with a focus on technology or payment processing.
- 2+ years preparing and delivering technical presentations to explain products to prospective clients.
- Working knowledge of API processing and basic system architecture.
- Proven expertise in translating highly technical knowledge into digestible information for clients with varying levels of technical acumen.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter driven by success with attention to detail.
- An adaptive learner who strives for challenges at all times.
- Experience using Salesforce and various technology presentation tools.
- Ability to travel within Canada and the US.
- Ability to work standard Eastern hours.
