Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn Engagement: Manage Vitalii’s LinkedIn, handle conversations, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, managing logistics and communication with participants.
- Research & Analysis: Dive into topics of interest and present findings in a concise, actionable format.
- Conduct Interviews: Attend meetings on behalf of Vitalii, interview candidates, and share insights.
- Close Open Loops: Help Vitalii complete the projects and ideas he starts.
*Note: This role may require some work during evenings and weekends.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Tangible Must-Haves:
- At least 2 years of professional experience (full-time or part-time).
Tangible Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working as an Executive or Personal Assistant.
Intangible Must-Haves:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Sense of urgency and a proactive approach.
- Highly organized with a “bias for action.”
- Finds meaning in supporting others.
Intangible Nice-to-Haves:
- Stories of resilience and tackling tough challenges.
- High energy and enthusiasm for fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively.
