Job Description
Are you a motivated and strategic sales leader looking to shape a high-performing team? As the remote Manager, Direct Sales at Allstate, you’ll empower a team of sales professionals to excel and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead by example, coach for success, and foster a goal-oriented, motivating environment that inspires your team to reach new heights.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Sales Performance: Set clear goals and strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Analyze and act on sales KPIs to ensure goals are met, providing support and adjustments as needed.
- Motivate and Coach Your Team: Provide expert guidance and coaching to frontline associates on sales techniques, creating a positive, energetic environment that fuels growth and skill development.
- Communicate and Inspire: Share key company messages, sales promotions, compensation details, and business objectives to keep your team engaged and informed.
- Manage Performance and Develop Talent: Regularly assess and support employee performance, offering constructive feedback, conducting performance reviews, and identifying training needs for continuous development.
- Foster a Collaborative Culture: Lead by example, encouraging teamwork, valuing diversity, and sharing best practices to drive collective success.
- Ensure Compliance and Customer Focus: Oversee the adherence to company policies and processes, ensuring that all sales practices are customer-centric and maintain Allstate’s high standards.
- Collaborate with Training Teams: Ensure your team completes all required training programs and continuously develops new skills.
- Execute Sales Strategies: Develop, manage, and evaluate strategic plans to hit sales production goals, improve quality, and control expenses.
- Navigate Team Workflows: Use your expertise to guide frontline employees in managing their workflows efficiently, assigning responsibilities to maximize team productivity.
- Recruit Top Talent: Interview potential candidates, assess their sales skills, and make hiring recommendations.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience: 5+ years in sales or management (preferred)
- Licensing: Active insurance licenses required
