Join our innovative and forward-thinking team in the digital print industry as a Sales Manager, where your primary mission will be to lead a high-performance sales team focused on driving continuous revenue growth, exceeding client expectations, and contributing to overall business success. You will play a key leadership role in fostering a high-performance culture, developing sales talent, and building strategic relationships with both internal teams and clients in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment.
Salary: The advertised amount above is the fixed (base) salary for the opening. Your actual On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base salary and incentive compensation, will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
OVERVIEW:
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, retaining, and expanding business across new and existing accounts, with a strong emphasis on delivering revenue growth and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. You will lead a team of approximately 15 sales professionals, with a focus on hiring, coaching, and developing top talent. Additionally, you will engage with key decision-makers in this market, working cross-functionally with internal departments to achieve strategic business goals in a rapidly evolving digital print landscape.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Revenue Growth and Client Satisfaction -
- Drive revenue and profitability targets through innovative digital transformation solutions tailored for the small and medium business market.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term satisfaction and success.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, ensuring a disciplined and effective communication process with clients.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of continuous development and best practice sharing.
- Implement cutting-edge sales strategies, including opportunity identification, resource allocation, and strategic negotiations.
- Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and retention of top sales talent.
- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to make informed decisions, ensuring the team stays on track to meet business goals.
- Leverage data to identify areas of opportunity and implement actionable improvements.
- Collaborate across internal teams, including operations and product development, to drive business growth and meet client needs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching and development plans to ensure the team meets expectations.
- Promote a disciplined sales process driven by data, ensuring efficient and effective sales operations.
- Champion innovative thinking and data analysis to enhance sales strategies and execution.
Education and Experience -
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- 4-6 years of proven success in sales, with a track record of consistently exceeding targets
- Experience in people management or leadership is a strong asset
- Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and drive revenue growth in the small and medium business market
- Strong business acumen with the ability to engage with clients in this segment
- Experience in sales and consulting, with a focus on achieving results and driving client value
- Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to build strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Creative problem solver with the ability to develop innovative solutions
- Proficiency in technology hardware and services sales, with strong knowledge of industry trends
- Experience with CRM tools, data analysis, and financial reporting
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with competitive print industry solutions and knowledge of digital trends is an advantage.
