ROSEN is looking for a Head of Evaluation that will be based in Calgary, AB. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Business Collaboration & Resourcing.
What role you will play in our team
The Head of Evaluation will be the primary leader of the Evaluation department. This person will be responsible for the disciplinary direction and providing effective provision of human resources for the Evaluation Team.
This professional also holds accountability for developing an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, innovation, key employee retention and development, and high performance deliveries of function specific responsibilities, while safeguarding company policies and applicable work procedures are followed.

What will I be doing?
The mandatory qualification for the Head of Evaluation is a Bachelor degree or relevant working experience within the area.
The job of the Head of Evaluation requires a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude, close cooperation and open communication with the Management Team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities:
What will I be doing?
- Live the ROSEN Values and act as a role model for all employees
- Create a thriving QHSE culture within the EVA Department
- Ensure of the effective deployment of resources to assure efficient process execution
- Continuously improve the resource utilization and capabilities to meet business needs
- Ensure employees are trained and qualified to do their duty and tasks on a level which allows for individual as well as global flexibility
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of EVA processes to optimize productivity, quality, and cycle time.
- Efficiently cooperate with Creation to request and deploy new algorithms, software, etc
- Develop an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes employee retention, professional development, and robust succession plans
- Communicate on a regular base to employees on general ROSEN topics such as business status, organization, strategy, etc.
- Measure the department performance with key performance indicators
- Safeguard company policies and ensure work procedures are followed
- Ensure EVA IT infrastructure and equipment is well maintained and optimized
- Ensure all relevant data, knowledge, and certifications are maintained and up to date
- Drive both applicable industry and business specific standards and procedures
- Participate and develop resources for new business lines
- Ensure the compliance with the ROSEN code of conduct and local regulations

- Computer applications using MS Office based software;
- Integrity and strong interpersonal skills are essential;
