Product Design Lead

Our consulting agency client is looking for a Product Design Lead to join their program. This will be 12+ months, 40 hours per week, remote.

Responsibilities will include:

• Creating user flows, wireframes, and journeys, as well as oversee UI creative for a responsive web application.
• Leading the team's deliverables and ensuring that they follow the brand guidelines.
• Managing two near-shore resources.
• Collaborating with remote team members; will include Desigenrs, Developers and Researchers.
• Applying design thinking to create world-class digital experiences across multiple platforms and channels.
• Communicating research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually.
  
  

Skills needed:

• Leadership and/or people management experience.
• Ability to still be hands on (so up to date with design programs).
• 6+ years of agency or client side experience.
• A portfolio that showcases your in-depth design processes.
