We’re looking for a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) Consultant who can bring their expertise within the HR specialty assigned (e.g. benefits, time and absence, talent management, learning, compensation, etc.) together with policies, processes, and HR technology to deliver effective and efficient HR services that drive value through the HRMS (Workday).


We hope you consider applying if you:

  • Are a HRMS/Workday wizard who knows your way around Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.) and have hands-on implementation or configuration experience;
  • Love problem solving and thrive on transforming complex HR processes into seamless, tech-driven solutions improving employee experience;
  • Have solid foundation in HR particularly in Talent Acquisition, Staffing and complex reporting; Can independently juggle multiple tasks, comfortable organizing and working on multiple client projects simultaneously and managing competing priorities with ease;
  • Have a customer-first mindset, very good communication skills and enjoy collaborating with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering top-notch solutions that exceed expectations; and
  • Are a team player who works well with cross-functional teams and enjoy sharing your knowledge to help others grow.



Typically, these skills are gained through a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business or Information Technology and five years’ experience working with a human resource management system performing analysis and complex reporting.
