Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You'll play a key role in finding top talent to support our high-volume recruitment needs across our distribution centers, retail, and supply chain operations. Under the leadership of the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience while enhancing our talent strategies.

Here’s Where You’ll Be Focusing

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Drive the recruitment process for various roles, ensuring timely delivery of top talent to meet business needs.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Partner with the business to optimize the recruitment lifecycle and build efficiencies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to establish trust and credibility.
  • Candidate Experience Ownership: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  • Brand Integrity: Monitor and audit external job postings to maintain the company’s brand and standards.
  • Pipeline Development: Manage talent pipelines for current and future business needs with agility and professionalism.
  • Process Improvement: Support recruitment initiatives and seek opportunities to enhance service levels and effectiveness.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Source Candidates from various pools
  • Retention Input: Provide insights and recommendations on recruitment and retention strategies while considering cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams and hiring managers to foster alignment and improvement in talent acquisition processes.

What You Have To Offer

  • Educational Background: bachelor's degree in human resources or administration
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in staffing and talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruitment and direct collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Autonomy & Creativity: Self-starter with innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Team Player: Strong communication and influencing skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Sourcing Skills: using various recruitment tools (LI, Indeed, Boolean Searches, Google)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Indeed and Success Factor (an asset).
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, to support collaboration across provinces and national initiatives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in retail, Distribution Center, and Manufacturing is a vital asset.
