MFC Training is currently looking for both Certifying and Non-Certifying Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our team in Moncton and Fredericton, NB!
Our Operations:
MFC Training is a Transport Canadian Approved Maintenance Organization, carrying out recurring inspections, line maintenance and heavy maintenance checks.
- MFC Training currently maintains a fleet of Diamond DA20-C1, Cessna 172s, Piper Seminoles and King Air C90s in a flight training environment.
- Offers a great learning environment where you will touch on almost every aspect of Aircraft Maintenance.
Our Bases with MFC Training:
- Moncton, NB
- Fredericton, NB
- Carry out and coordinate the troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of all aircraft and aircraft components including heavy maintenance;
- Report on issues affecting the service ability of aircraft;
- Ensure aircrafts are maintained in accordance with company and Transport Canada Regulations;
- Co-ordinate parts requirements and ensure sufficient tools and equipment are made available to accomplish the maintenance and inspection functions;
- Administration and direction of safety practices and procedures;
- Complete work sheets for work accomplished;
- Report unserviceable maintenance equipment; and
- Other duties as assigned.
- Required: Must have a Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completed or have equivalent experience through a program such as ICS;
- Preferred: M1/M2 license or equivalent rating.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as AME is considered an asset;
- Experience on light piston and turboprop aircraft an asset;
- Must possess strong interpersonal, organization and communication skills;
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
- Strong troubleshooting skills; and
- Capable of successfully obtaining security clearances including.
- Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
