Position Profile

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Associate (S) to join our team in Calgary, AB. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for all functions associated with material warehousing including picking orders, shipping and receiving. The Associate will perform all duties in a timely and orderly fashion to the best of their abilities and with the utmost due care, integrity and professionalism.

We are Looking for Associates to fill positions on the following shifts

  • Days (Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)
  • Afternoon (Monday to Friday 3:00 to 11:30 PM)
  • Weekend Night Shift (Friday - Sunday 7:00PM-7:30am)
  • Weekend Day Shift: (Saturday - Monday 7:00AM-7:30PM).


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Safe operation of forklift and reach truck in a busy warehouse environment.
  • General shipping / receiving and put away duties as needed.
  • General warehouse duties including picking orders as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Load boxes into trucks for shipment
  • Ensure product meets quality requirements
  • Follows standard warehouse practices and work instructions required to maintain high levels of inventory and location accuracy. Documents and identifies all discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor or team lead
  • Accurately complete routine documentation required for order fulfilment
  • Perform a variety of physically demanding duties according to standard work instructions, such as manually loading and unloading goods.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and efficiency in the execution of standard warehousing processes such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, checking and loading customer orders and products.
  • Participates in process-specific training and adheres to all work instructions and guidelines
  • Demonstrates and maintains a skill set capable of operating a variety of equipment used in a traditional warehouse environment. Examples include but are not limited to: scanners computers, scales, pallet jacks and a variety of motorized material handling equipment such as forklifts, power jacks
  • Demonstrates and maintains professional interpersonal skills when dealing with internal and external personnel
  • Follows all company safety, security and housekeeping protocols. Respects; customers, company, property and equipment.
  • Proactive in accident & incident prevention; complete applicable reports promptly and accurately when required.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.


Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience working in a Warehouse/Distribution Centre (picking, packing, receiving, shipping, returns.
  • Certification operating (MHE) material handling equipment required (i.e. forward reach, dock stocker, clamp, single/double walkie, turret, order picker)
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs (repetitive)
  • Excellent communication in English (verbal and written);
  • Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team required.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety regulations within business unit.
