Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Receivables Coordinator ensures sound management of the receivables of designated property portfolios, produces key analyses and ensures rigorous monitoring of collection/collection procedures:

  • Periodic monitoring and detailed age analysis of accounts receivable (based on inputs received from property managers) for designated property portfolios;
  • Periodic review and investigation of unmatched deposits/partial receipts (in collaboration with the Property Management Accounting Clerk and with the involvement of the Property Manager as needed) and support in the accounting of receivables (as needed);
  • Analysis of doubtful accounts and proposal for write-offs for approval by the Chief Accountant Property Management;
  • Coordination of the collection and collection process (support to Property Managers (front line) and facilitator with the Legal Affairs team)
