Job Description:
As a Personal Assistant at Sharpcontra, you will provide essential administrative support to our senior management team. Your role will involve organizing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, and assisting in various tasks that help our executives remain focused on their core responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Prepare, organize, and file important documents and reports.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Support in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Assist with personal errands and miscellaneous tasks as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

 



Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
