Who you are:

  • Must be enrolled in a co-op (or internship) program at a recognized Canadian university.
  • Have Excellent computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and concisely, using appropriate technical vocabulary.

We are looking for a Business, or Document Control student to join the Drawing Control Team. Work term starts in January 2025 for a 4-month period in Edmonton.

Discipline: Business, Document Control

  • Processing drawing packages
  • Scanning and Issuing Mark-ups
  • Organize, maintain, and update document control systems, ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible.
  • Work closely with various teams to understand project requirements and ensure drawings meet specifications.
  • Apply industry standards and best practices in technical drawing and document management.
