In adherence to the principle of pay transparency, we are pleased to disclose the base pay for this full-time position at Metrie. The base pay range for this role is $19/hr. It is important to note that this position may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. The specific base pay within the range will be contingent upon an individual's skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Furthermore, it is essential to highlight that our remuneration ranges are established based on the role, level, and location.

- Hourly pay rate starting from $19 per hour.
- Shift options :
- Monday - Thursday: 07:30 am - 04:00 pm
- Monday - Thursday: 09:30 am - 06:00 pm

As the Warehouse Associate, you will have the opportunity to
- Pick, pack, and ship a variety of building materials, including mouldings and doors
- Assist in production environment. Label and package finished goods.
- Read and understand pick lists and paperwork
- Lift, push, and pull material bundles that weigh up to 49 lbs.
- Ensure accurate tallies and order quantities
- Operate various types of machinery as required, including an electric tugger and trailer
- Clean and tidy the work area as required
- Ensure all work is performed safely and timely
- Product binning and put-away as needed
Who You Are
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment, and are comfortable operating various types of machinery
- You must have reliable transportation or the ability to transit
- Must be driven and punctual towards their job
- Have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Are great at communicating with others in both verbal and written format
