The Cloud Infrastructure Analyst will architect, manage, and optimize Azure and related cloud environments. This role will include infrastructure automation, backup strategies, server maintenance, and tier 3 support for cloud/security issues. Collaborate with InfoSec for data governance, participate in projects, and provide performance/security reports.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Architecting and administering Azure resources, resource groups, subscriptions and services.
  • Drive infrastructure innovation through Azure resource selection and configuration.
  • Build and support existing Azure based automation.
  • Manage/Maintain Windows and Linux servers through Windows updates.
  • Manage “end of life” cycles within the cloud and develop upgrade plans.
  • Manage backup and restore functions using Azure and other third party software..
  • Support internal teams by being a tier 3 support for cloud related/security related issues.
  • Provide costing, performance, security reporting with regular cadence.
  • Work with the Information Security team to develop and implement data governance controls.
  • Develop scripts/APIs using PowerShell, Python, and MS Graph.
  • Oversee Access Control using Active Directory, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Entra ID.
  • Develop scripts/APIs using PowerShell, Python, and MS Graph.
  • Manage Meraki, WP Engine, and AvePoint backups; handle networking (including routing, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, trunking and subnetting) and certificate management.


WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • 8-10 years of experience in information technology, demonstrating a broad understanding of IT systems and best practices.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting cloud services, with a focus on Azure environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud security principles and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex cloud and networking issues.
  • Demonstrated experience with configuration management and deployment pipelines would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to document processes, system designs, and operational procedures clearly.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
