Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the establishment's standard recipes.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
• Take orders and ensure prompt and efficient service, in compliance with the establishment's standards.
• Keep the bar clean and tidy, including cleaning equipment and work surfaces.
• Follow food safety and alcoholic beverage handling policies and procedures.
• Manage beverage inventory and supplies, placing orders when necessary.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a consistent and memorable customer experience.
• Respond to specific customer needs, including requests for customized cocktails.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beverages, wines and spirits offered by the establishment.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 3 years' previous experience as a bartender/barmaid
• Diploma in bar or mixology
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Sense of responsibility and respect for safety and hygiene standards.
• Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic knowledge of blending and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of wine service
• Proficiency in billing software (Micros)
• Ensure invoicing and collection.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to different situations.
  
  
  

Languages: Bilingualism (French and English) in both spoken and written form is required for this position, as we serve an international clientele.
