Source Atlantic is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our Hydraulics, Rigging & Rubber team in Dartmouth, NS.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities of the Inside Sales Associate include:

• Responding to inbound customer inquiries in person, over phone, and via email
• Preparing quotes, processing orders, sourcing product, and expediting
• Supporting outside sales team to meet and exceed needs of customers
• Providing excellent and quality customer service in person, over the phone and via email
• Prepare and maintain Service Orders for Technicians
• Coordinate ordering of parts and components for repairs

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Industry knowledge is required
• Customer service or sales experience
• Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Energetic, self-motivated, possessing a good work ethic
