Legislative Assembly Service - Saskatchewan
Imagine working at the heart of Saskatchewan’s democratic institution. The Legislative Assembly Service of Saskatchewan (LAS) is looking for a dedicated Executive Liaison who’s ready to bring their non-partisan skills to a one-of-a-kind environment and support our team. Based in the historic Legislative Building in beautiful Wascana Park, this role offers the chance to grow, evolve, and contribute to something bigger. The LAS is dedicated to enhancing parliamentary democracy by providing impartial, non-partisan support to the Legislative Assembly. Our team is committed to supporting the institution of Parliament for the people of Saskatchewan and our mission is to foster a transparent and participatory democracy.

In addition to supporting the Clerk, you’ll liaise with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the Speaker’s Office, and the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Saskatchewan branch. You’ll oversee documentation, records management, and compliance for these initiatives while ensuring effective coordination across teams. Whether tracking action items, organizing agendas, or planning high-profile events, your leadership will enhance the efficiency and productivity of the Legislative Assembly Service.
As the Executive Liaison, you’ll work at the intersection of governance, administration, and strategic coordination. You’ll provide executive support, manage financial and operational activities, and foster collaboration across the organization. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the LAS by supporting both elected Members and senior leadership.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with:

· 5–7 years of executive-level administrative support experience preferred.
· Proficiency in M365, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
This is an opportunity to join a respected institution and be part of a team that supports the democratic process and ensures excellence in public service.
