The Financial Analyst, Operations in Atlantic will provide financial analysis and business decision support to the Manager and Director of Finance Operations, the District Operators and Store Operators/Franchisees.

The Financial Analyst, Operations in Atlantic will provide financial analysis and business decision support to the Manager and Director of Finance Operations, the District Operators and Store Operators/Franchisees.
Here’s Where You’ll Be Focusing
- Perform moderately complex analysis
- Make suggestions to improve functional area processes
- Assist in forecasting, targeting and budgeting process
- Prepare/maintain analytical reports in various systems (SAP, Longview and BW) and communicate results
- Analyze capital investment opportunities as required
- Perform administrative tasks, as required
- Work with cross-functional groups to identify opportunities to reduce costs
- Adhere to GAAP and IFRS and CEO/CFO Certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evolving business needs and growth initiatives
- Participate in projects as assigned
- University degree in Business and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience or Diploma and a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- Finance/IT experience in corporate operations an asset
- Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of SAP an asset
- Proficient use of Microsoft Suite, Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience working in a Retail environment considered an asset
