Job Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated and customer focused Aftermarket Manager to lead our Aftermarket team at our Saskatoon, SK location. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of Aftermarket Customer Service Representatives, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient order processing, and timely issue resolution. Your leadership will drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
o Lead and mentor the Aftermarket team.
o Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.
o Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Customer Support:
o Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our products and services.
o Ensure the team provides clear and professional communication.
o Implement strategies to offer solutions that resolve customer problems and ensure their satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
o Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
o Ensure the team stays updated on product updates and changes.
o Oversee efforts to educate customers on product features and usage.
Problem Resolution:
o Oversee the investigation and resolution of customer issues or complaints.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex problems.
o Ensure follow-up with customers to guarantee their concerns are resolved.
Desired Qualifications & Traits:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management role or 5+ years parts counter experience with a desire to expand into a leadership role.
- Proven leadership experience in a customer-service related role ideal.
- Knowledge of agricultural products and processes is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient in using customer service software and systems.
