PAD & Payroll Specialist is part of The Plan Sponsor Administration team that links people, technology, and expert services to simplify group benefits administration and provide a consistent, powerful member and client experience. The team supports our Group Benefits clients, coordinating efforts to provide world class benefits administration and customer service.

Salary range is expected to be between
$48,075.00 CAD - $80,125.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.

PAD & Payroll Specialist is part of The Plan Sponsor Administration team that links people, technology, and expert services to simplify group benefits administration and provide a consistent, powerful member and client experience. The team supports our Group Benefits clients, coordinating efforts to provide world class benefits administration and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll files, including setting up the system, scheduling and coordinating file runs, quality-checking, sending files to clients, and answering related inquiries.
- Manage pre-authorized debit (PAD) files, including running queries to identify members, building the PAD file with member premiums, uploading it into the treasury system, and answering related inquiries.
- Document the custom processes for payroll and pre-authorized debit (PAD) for your assigned clients
- Attend meetings with clients as the subject-matter expert for their payroll and pre-authorized debit (PAD) files
