The Data Analyst will work closely with clients and internal teams to provide data-driven solutions that address business challenges and improve operational performance. With a strong background in business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx, the successful candidate will be pivotal in delivering high-impact data solutions that directly contribute to client success.
Key Accountabilities
- Serve as a trusted data consultant, working with clients to understand their business objectives and providing customized data solutions through dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
- Design and implement best-in-class dashboards and visualizations that simplify complex data and provide clear insights for clients across various industries.
- Lead data discovery and analysis sessions with clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their challenges and translating those needs into actionable data-driven solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to recommend and deliver tailored solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency through advanced analytics and data visualization.
- Continuously assess client needs, provide recommendations for improvements, and implement enhanced functionalities within dashboards and data models to deliver sustained value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions align with client goals and can be seamlessly integrated into their existing workflows.
- Develop procedural documentation and user guides for data dashboards, ensuring clients can independently use and adapt the solutions provided for ongoing success.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence within a consulting environment, with a focus on supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations.
- Proven track record of delivering tailored analytics and BI projects for clients, including hands-on experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx.
- Expertise in dashboard creation, data visualization, and the implementation of business intelligence solutions that directly address client pain points and strategic objectives.
- Experience working in a consultative capacity, collaborating with clients to diagnose problems and deliver data solutions that drive measurable improvements.
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored data solutions that drive impact.
- Advanced ability to design, build, and implement interactive dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights aligned with client goals.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on using data to address complex business challenges and provide strategic recommendations.
- Expertise in managing client expectations and ensuring the successful delivery of data solutions that enhance business performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences in a consulting context.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
