Position Overview
Spark is hiring a part-time, hourly Line Cook, reporting to the Chef, Food Services. Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, and plating to Spark’s standards, contributing to an enjoyable visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and serve food to Spark’s quality standards.
- Collaborate with the food service team to provide professional service to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned station and the BOH.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ensure high standards in guest services.
- Align team activities with Spark's strategic goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Knowledge
- Three years of kitchen experience, on hot or cold lines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in following recipe standards.
- Physical ability for prolonged standing and fast-paced work.
- Red Seal Certification is an asset.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and desire for teamwork and continuous improvement.

Hourly Rate: $18.51 to $19.48
