The Opportunity:
Are you a natural relationship-builder, a go-getter, and a results-driven sales professional? If you’re looking for an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team while working for a reputable and fast-growing company, this is your chance.
Reporting to the VP of Business Development, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth, expanding our customer base, and making a measurable impact. Based out of Northern Alberta, your primary focus will be securing contract work, generating leads, and strengthening client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building Connections: Proactively identify, contact, and meet with decision-makers at industrial facilities to pitch Pitbull’s expertise and secure RFQs.
- Driving Revenue: Respond to RFQs, create winning proposals, and close contracts that ensure sustainable growth for Pitbull.
- Market Mastery: Stay ahead of industry trends and competition, identifying opportunities to position Pitbull as a trusted partner in industrial services.
- Collaborating for Success: Work closely with our Business Development and Operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and project excellence.
- Tracking Progress: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contract details, and forecasts using tools like CRM and AIMSIO.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: Proven track record in sales or business development, minimum 3 years, ideally in industrial services or a related sector.
- Network: Existing connections in the industrial sector or midstream market are a big plus.
- Drive: You’re motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive on winning deals and building relationships.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to make a strong pitch and negotiate effectively.
- Strategic Thinking: A proactive mindset with the ability to analyze markets and identify new opportunities.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM platforms to track and manage leads and client data.
