The Marketing Manager, Canada will play a key role in Dye & Durham's overall marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, new customer acquisition and improved client retention initiatives through integrated marketing capabilities. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on team member with a deep understanding of marketing trends, technology, and analytics, combined with a passion for product marketing, building and deploying innovative programs that deliver measurable business results. The Manager will work closely with a global MarComm team, as well as with peers across the Product, Sales, Operations and Legal organizations at Dye & Durham.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a deep understanding of what our products do, who interacts with them and why
- Capture market insights and drive understanding of customer persona needs into our product & proposition development and across the organisation
- Translate product capability and enhancements into compelling proposition & messaging that solve for market and customer needs
- Produce clear and compelling marketing and communications plans that deliver commercial impact and product launch goals, including leading the execution of significant product launches in Canada in 2025
- Develop and manage GTM execution excellence across key programmes and campaigns ensuring a co-ordinated delivery with key stakeholder functions including launch success criteria and metrics
- Develop Sales and Partner enabling tools & materials to drive lead gen and pipeline realisation
- Coordinate external resources (e.g. creative resources) to produce compelling marketing materials on time and on brand
- Play a key role in identifying and participating in important industry, company and partner events
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Technology)
- 5-7 years of integrated marketing experience, preferably in the legal technology or SaaS industry.
- Experience building and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting SMB-sized business customers is highly desirable
- High proficiency and experience with key marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMRush and more
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive decisions and measure success.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across departments and with senior leadership.
